Pickup & returns policy

1. How orders are fulfilled

All orders placed on pharmacybrasil.com are prepared for pickup at the location you choose at checkout: Pharmacy Brasil Las Americas in Boca Raton or Pompano Beach. Nothing is charged online. You pay at the pharmacy when you pick up your order.

2. When your order is ready

Over-the-counter orders are usually ready within 2 business days. Prescription orders are usually ready within 2 business days of receiving your prescription. We email you as soon as your order is ready. Orders are prepared during pharmacy business hours; the hours for each location are listed on our Contact page.

3. What to bring

Bring a valid government-issued photo ID and your confirmation email (on your phone is fine). For prescription medications, the ID must match the patient's name. If someone else is picking up on your behalf, let us know in advance by phone or WhatsApp at 561-787-9498; they will need to show their own photo ID and give the patient's full name and date of birth.

4. Payment

Payment is made at the pharmacy at the time of pickup. We accept cash and major debit and credit cards. Prices shown online are the prices you pay at pickup, plus applicable Florida sales tax where it applies.

5. Orders not picked up

We hold your order for 10 calendar days from the day we email you that it is ready. We send a reminder before that period ends. If the order is not picked up within 10 days, it is canceled and any prescription medication is returned to stock. Your prescription stays on file with us, so you can place a new order at any time without sending it again, as long as it remains valid.

6. Returns

Prescription medications: under Florida law, prescription medications cannot be returned or exchanged once they have left the pharmacy, even if unopened. If you believe there is an error with your prescription, contact us right away and we will resolve it directly with you.

Over-the-counter products: unopened items in their original sealed packaging may be returned to the same location within 14 days of pickup with your confirmation email or receipt. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Opened items, items without a receipt, and items past 14 days cannot be returned.
