Do I need to pay when I book?
No. Booking online does not require any payment.
Consultations are free. Injections, IV infusions and lab work are paid at the pharmacy on the day of your appointment.
Can I reschedule or cancel?
Yes — up to 24 hours before your appointment, at no cost, from the link in your confirmation email.
Do I need to fast before lab work?
For blood panels, fast 8–12 hours before your visit — water is fine. The urinalysis needs no preparation.
Can I walk in without an appointment?
Yes.
